PRZEDMIOT REGULAMINU<\/strong><br \/><strong>SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regulamin okre\u015bla zasady \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ug, odpowiedzialno\u015bci oraz przebywania<br \/>na terenie \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d i jest integraln\u0105 cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 umowy, do kt\u00f3rej zawarcia dochodzi<br \/>poprzez podpisanie karty meldunkowej, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c poprzez dokonanie rezerwacji<br \/>i\/lub zap\u0142at\u0119 zaliczki lub ca\u0142ej nale\u017cno\u015bci za pobyt w\u201eGo\u015bci\u0144cu u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d Dokonuj\u0105c ww.<br \/>czynno\u015bci, Go\u015b\u0107 potwierdza, i\u017c zapozna\u0142 si\u0119 i akceptuje warunki Regulaminu.<br \/>The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and residence in the<br \/>Residence and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration<br \/>card, as well as by making a reservation and \/ or payment of the advance payment or the entire<br \/>payment for staying in the Residence. All persons residing in the<br \/>Residence are also obliged to read and comply with the provisions contained in the Guide,<br \/>regarding fire safety.<br \/>Obiekt monitorowany<br \/>Zgodnie z art. 13 og\u00f3lnego rozporz\u0105dzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia<br \/>2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) zwanego dalej RODO<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is monitored at all times<\/p>\n<p>Zgodnie z\u00a0ustaw\u0105 z 9 listopada 1995 r. o ochronie zdrowia przed nast\u0119pstwami u\u017cywania tytoniu<br \/>i wyrob\u00f3w tytoniowych w art.\u00a05 ust.\u00a01\u00a0zabrania si\u0119 palenia wyrob\u00f3w tytoniowych, w tym palenia<br \/>nowatorskich wyrob\u00f3w tytoniowych i palenia papieros\u00f3w elektronicznych, w pomieszczeniach<br \/>\u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d<br \/>Smoking is prohibited in the hotel<br \/>Zgodnie z\u00a0ustaw\u0105 z 9 listopada 1995 r.<br \/>\uf0b7 Niniejszy Regulamin jest dost\u0119pny do wgl\u0105du w ka\u017cdym domku czy apartamencie, a tak\u017ce<br \/>na stronie \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d www.gosciniecubobakow.pl<br \/>These Regulations are available for viewing at the Reception Desk, in every room, as well as at<br \/>the \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d www.go\u015bciniecuboakow.pl<\/p>\n<p>\u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d w rozumieniu niniejszego Regulaminu jest obiekt po\u0142o\u017cony w<br \/>Poroninie, przy ul. Rafaczowki 16.<br \/>&amp;amp;quot;Residence&amp;amp;quot; within the meaning of these Regulations is an object located in Poronin, at<br \/>ul. Rafacz\u00f3wki 16.<br \/>\uf0b7 \u201eGo\u015bciem\u201d w rozumieniu niniejszego Regulaminu jest osoba zawieraj\u0105ca z \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d<br \/>umow\u0119 o \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug hotelowych.<br \/>&amp;amp;quot;Guest&amp;amp;quot; within the meaning of these Regulations is a person concluding a contract for<br \/>the<br \/>provision of hotel services with the \u201eGo\u015bciniec u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. DOBA HOTELOWA<\/strong><br \/><strong>ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><br \/>\uf0b7 Doba rozpoczyna si\u0119 o godzinie 16:00 i trwa do godziny 10:00 dnia nast\u0119pnego.<br \/>The day starts at 4 pm and lasts until 10 am the next day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. MELDUNEK<\/strong><br \/><strong>CHECK IN REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Podstaw\u0105 do zameldowania Go\u015bcia jest okazanie przez niego dokumentu<\/p>\n<p>to\u017csamo\u015bci z fotografi\u0105 oraz podpisanie karty meldunkowej<br \/>The basis for the Guest&amp;amp;#39;s registration is showing the identity document with the photo at the<br \/>and signing the registration card.<br \/>\uf0b7 Go\u015b\u0107 nie mo\u017ce przekazywa\u0107, podnajmowa\u0107 czy u\u017cycza\u0107 pokoju osobom trzecim<br \/>nawet, je\u015bli nie up\u0142yn\u0105\u0142 okres, za kt\u00f3ry ui\u015bci\u0142 nale\u017cn\u0105 za pobyt op\u0142at\u0119.<br \/>The guest can not transfer, sublease or rent a room to third parties even if the period for which he<br \/>paid the fee has not expired.<br \/>\uf0b7 Osoby nie zameldowane w \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144cu u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d mog\u0105 przebywa\u0107 go\u015bcinnie w pokoju od<br \/>godziny 7:00 do 22:00.<br \/>Persons not registered in the Residence can stay in the room from 7am to 10 pm.<br \/>\uf0b7 \u201eGo\u015bciniec u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d mo\u017ce odm\u00f3wi\u0107 przyj\u0119cia Go\u015bcia, kt\u00f3ry podczas poprzedniego pobytu<br \/>ra\u017c\u0105co naruszy\u0142 Regulamin \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d, wyrz\u0105dzi\u0142 szkod\u0119 w mieniu b\u0105d\u017a wyrz\u0105dzi\u0142<br \/>szkod\u0119 innym Go\u015bciom, pracownikom \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d innym osobom przebywaj\u0105cym w<br \/>Go\u015bci\u0144cu b\u0105d\u017a te\u017c w inny spos\u00f3b zak\u0142\u00f3ci\u0142 pobyt Go\u015bci lub funkcjonowanie obiektu.<br \/>The \u201eGo\u015bciniec u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly<br \/>violated the<br \/>Regulations of the \u201eGo\u015bciniec u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d , caused damage to property or caused damage to other<br \/>Guests,<br \/>Residence employees, other people staying in the Residence or otherwise disturbed the stay of<br \/>Guests or the operation of the Residence.<br \/>\uf0b7 \u201eGo\u015bciniec u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania przy zameldowaniu preautoryzacji<br \/>karty kredytowej lub z\u0142o\u017cenia depozytu got\u00f3wkowego w wysoko\u015bci nale\u017cno\u015bci za<br \/>ca\u0142y pobyt. If the invoice is not paid, the Residence<br \/>reserves the right to charge the pre-authorized credit card.<br \/>\uf0b7 W przypadku rezygnacji Go\u015bcia z pobytu w trakcie trwania doby, Rezydencja nie<br \/>zwraca op\u0142aty za dan\u0105 dob\u0119 hotelow\u0105.<br \/>In case of cancellation of the Guest during the day, the Residence does not pay the fee for the hotel<\/p>\n<p>day.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Je\u017celi Go\u015b\u0107 nie okre\u015bli\u0142 czasu pobytu w \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144cu u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d przy zawieraniu umowy,<br \/>przyjmuje si\u0119, \u017ce pok\u00f3j zosta\u0142 oddany na jedn\u0105 dob\u0119.<br \/>If the Guest did not specify the length of stay in the Residence when concluding the contract, it is<br \/>assumed that the room was given for one day.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Nie opuszczenie przez Go\u015bcia Domku\/Apartamentu do godz. 10:00 jest traktowane jako<br \/>przed\u0142u\u017cenie pobytu o kolejn\u0105 dob\u0119.<br \/>No room left by the guest until 10 am is treated as an extension of the stay for the next day<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. US\u0141UGI<\/strong><br \/><strong>SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Rezydencja \u015bwiadczy us\u0142ugi zgodnie ze swoj\u0105 kategori\u0105 i standardem.<br \/>The residence provides services in accordance with its category and standard.<br \/>\uf0b7 W przypadku zastrze\u017ce\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych jako\u015bci us\u0142ug Go\u015b\u0107 jest proszony o niezw\u0142oczne<br \/>zg\u0142aszanie zastrze\u017ce\u0144 do Kierownika lub Dyrektora Generalnego obiektu, co<br \/>umo\u017cliwi reakcj\u0119 i popraw\u0119 standardu \u015bwiadczonych us\u0142ug.<br \/>In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately<br \/>inform the Manager or General Director which will enable employees to react and improve the<br \/>standard of services provided.<br \/>\uf0b7 Rezydencja ma obowi\u0105zek zapewni\u0107 Go\u015bciom:<\/p>\n<p>a). warunki do wypoczynku,<br \/>b). bezpiecze\u0144stwo pobytu, w tym bezpiecze\u0144stwo zachowania tajemnicy informacji o<br \/>Go\u015bciu,<br \/>c). profesjonaln\u0105 i uprzejm\u0105 obs\u0142ug\u0119<br \/>d). sytuacjach nadzwyczajnych i koniecznych wykonywanie<br \/>niezb\u0119dnej naprawy sprz\u0119tu i urz\u0105dze\u0144 hotelowych w spos\u00f3b niezak\u0142\u00f3caj\u0105cy<br \/>wypoczynku i pobytu Go\u015bcia<br \/>e). sprawn\u0105 pod wzgl\u0119dem technicznym obs\u0142ug\u0119, a w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia usterek,<br \/>kt\u00f3re nie b\u0119d\u0105 mog\u0142y by\u0107 usuni\u0119te niezw\u0142ocznie, W\u0142a\u015bciciele do\u0142o\u017c\u0105 stara\u0144, by w<\/p>\n<p>miar\u0119 mo\u017cliwo\u015bci zamieni\u0107 pok\u00f3j na inny je\u015bli w danym terminie b\u0119dzie mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 jego zamiany i<br \/>Go\u015b\u0107 wyrazi na to zgode.<br \/>The residence has to provide guests with:<br \/>a). conditions for full and unrestricted rest,<br \/>b). security of stay, including security of keeping secret information about the Guest,<br \/>c). professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the Residence,<br \/>d). cleaning the room, and in extraordinary and necessary situations, performing the necessary<br \/>repair of hotel equipment and facilities in a way that does not interfere with the rest and stay of the<br \/>Guest in the Residence,<br \/>e). technically efficient service, and in the event of defects that can not be removed immediately,<br \/>the Residence will endeavor to change the room to another one or otherwise mitigate the<br \/>inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. ODPOWIEDZIALNO\u015a\u0106 GO\u015aCI<\/strong><br \/><strong>GUEST RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Na terenie \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d dzieci w wieku poni\u017cej 12 lat powinny znajdowa\u0107 si\u0119 pod<br \/>sta\u0142ym nadzorem opiekun\u00f3w prawnych. Opiekunowie prawni ponosi\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105<br \/>odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 materialn\u0105 za wszelkie szkody przedmiot\u00f3w wyposa\u017cenia i<br \/>urz\u0105dze\u0144 technicznych powsta\u0142e w wyniku dzia\u0142ania dzieci.<br \/>In the \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d , children under the age of 12 should be under the constant<br \/>supervision of legal<br \/>guardians. Legal guardians will be financially liable for any damage to technical equipment and<br \/>devices resulting from children&amp;amp;#39;s actions.<br \/>\uf0b7 Go\u015b\u0107 ponosi pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 materialn\u0105 za wszelkiego rodzaju<br \/>uszkodzenia, zniszczenia i zanieczyszczenia przedmiot\u00f3w wyposa\u017cenia i urz\u0105dze\u0144<br \/>technicznych Rezydencji powsta\u0142e z winy go\u015bcia, odwiedzaj\u0105cych go os\u00f3b lub os\u00f3b<br \/>odwiedzaj\u0105cych te ostatnie. Rezydencja zastrzega sobie mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 obci\u0105\u017cenia<br \/>Go\u015bcia za wyrz\u0105dzone szkody po jego wyje\u017adzie. Kwota obci\u0105\u017cenia<br \/>b\u0119dzie zale\u017cna od koszt\u00f3w, jakie musi ponie\u015b\u0107 Rezydencja, aby doprowadzi\u0107<br \/>zniszczone przedmioty do pierwotnego stanu.<br \/>The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for all kinds of damage, destruction and<\/p>\n<p>contamination of equipment and technical devices. Residences created due to the fault of the<br \/>guest, people visiting him or people visiting the latter. The residence reserves the right to charge<br \/>the guest&amp;amp;#39;s credit card for any damage done after departure. Osoba taka jest zobowi\u0105zana do<br \/>niezw\u0142ocznego zastosowania si\u0119 do \u017c\u0105da\u0144 Rezydencji, uregulowania nale\u017cno\u015bci za<br \/>dotychczasowe \u015bwiadczenia, do zap\u0142aty za ewentualne zniszczenia oraz do<br \/>opuszczenia \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d.<br \/>In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Regulations, the Residence may refuse to provide<br \/>services to a person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the<br \/>demands of the Residence, settle payments for existing benefits, pay for any damage and leave the<br \/>Residence.<br \/>\uf0b7 Ka\u017cdorazowo opuszczaj\u0105c pok\u00f3j Go\u015b\u0107 powinien zamkn\u0105\u0107 drzwi i okna,<br \/>wy\u0142\u0105czy\u0107 telewizor, zgasi\u0107 \u015bwiat\u0142o, zamkn\u0105\u0107 krany instalacji wodoci\u0105gowej,<br \/>sprawdzi\u0107 zamkni\u0119cie drzwi.<br \/>Each time leaving the room, the Guest should close the doors and windows, turn the TV<br \/>off, turn off the lights, close the taps, check the door locks.<br \/>\uf0b7 Nieuzasadnione u\u017cycie R\u0119cznego Ostrzegacza Po\u017carowego (ROP) skutkuje<br \/>naliczeniem kary pieni\u0119\u017cnej w wysoko\u015bci 500 z\u0142 oraz na\u0142o\u017ceniem mandatu<br \/>przez S\u0142u\u017cby Ratownicze.<br \/>Unjustified use of the Manual Fireman (ROP) results in a fine of PLN 500 and the<br \/>imposition of a mandate by the Rescue Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. ODPOWIEDZIALNO\u015a\u0106 REZYDENCJI<\/strong><br \/><strong>RESIDENCE RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Go\u015b\u0107 powinien zawiadomi\u0107 W\u0142a\u015bcicieli o wyst\u0105pieniu szkody niezw\u0142ocznie<br \/>po jej stwierdzeniu, nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c w chwili wymeldowania z\u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d lub<br \/>up\u0142ywu okresu na jaki zarezerwowa\u0142 pok\u00f3j.<\/p>\n<p>The guest should notify the Reception about the occurrence of the damage immediately<br \/>after its detection, no later than at the time of check-out from the Residence or expiry of<br \/>the period for which he reserved the room.<br \/>\uf0b7 Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 Rezydencji z tytu\u0142y naprawienia szkody w wypadku<br \/>utraty lub uszkodzenia rzeczy wniesionych do Rezydencji jest ograniczona \u2013<br \/>na zasadach opisanych w art. 846-852 Kodeksu Cywilnego. Ograniczenia<br \/>zakresu obowi\u0105zku naprawienia szkody nie dotycz\u0105 w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci rzeczy<br \/>warto\u015bciowych z\u0142o\u017conych do depozytu.<br \/>Responsibility of the Residence for repairing damage in the event of loss or damage to<br \/>property brought to the Residence is limited &#8211; on the principles described in art. 846-<br \/>852 of the Civil Code. The limitations of the scope of the obligation to repair the<br \/>damage do not concern, in particular, valuable items submitted to the deposit.<br \/>\uf0b7 Rezydencja nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za uszkodzenie lub utrat\u0119<br \/>samochodu lub innego pojazdu nale\u017c\u0105cego do Go\u015bcia, przedmiot\u00f3w w nim<br \/>pozostawionych oraz \u017cywych zwierz\u0105t niezale\u017cnie od tego czy pojazdy te<br \/>zosta\u0142y zaparkowane w gara\u017cu czy na parkingu przy Rezydencji.<br \/>The Residence is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging<br \/>to the Guest, items left in it and live animals regardless of whether these vehicles were<br \/>parked in the garage or parking lot at the Residence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. ZWROT RZECZY POZOSTAWIONYCH<\/strong><br \/><strong>RETURN OF THINGS LEFT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Przedmioty osobistego u\u017cytku pozostawione przez wyje\u017cd\u017caj\u0105cego Go\u015bcia w<br \/>pokoju b\u0119d\u0105 odes\u0142ane na wskazany przez Go\u015bcia adres na jego koszt.<br \/>Personal belongings left by a leaving guest in the room will be sent to the address<br \/>indicated by the Guest at his cost.<br \/>\uf0b7 W przypadku nie otrzymania od Go\u015bcia dyspozycji<br \/>Odes\u0142ania pozostawionych rzeczy, Rezydencja przechowa te przedmioty<br \/>przez okres jednego miesiaca liczonych od dnia ich znalezienia przez personel \u201eGo\u015bci\u0144ca u Bobak\u00f3w\u201d<br \/>i lub inn\u0105 osob\u0119, a po up\u0142ywie tego okresu przedmioty te przejd\u0105<\/p>\n<p>na w\u0142asno\u015b\u0107 Rezydencji. Ze wzgl\u0119du na swoje w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci artyku\u0142y<br \/>spo\u017cywcze przechowywane nie b\u0119d\u0105.<br \/>If the Guest does not receive the instruction to send back the items left, the Residence<br \/>will store these items for a period of three months counted from the day of finding them<br \/>by the Residence staff or another person, and after that period they will become the<br \/>property of the Residence. Due to their properties, food will be not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
